The most wonderful thing about internet is that there is nobody responsible for it.
In soccer team, there's a leader. In music band, also need a leader. We regard that authourity must be always present in order to function any organization. For a kid, authourity comes from parents & teachers. Then, when we grow older, it comes from government & bosses. So there is a way of decision making steps above you and we cannot help about it though we are not happy with it. We have to take it as a fact.
However, Internet becomes reliable. It is the system which consist of every parts that are not totally perfect in loose fashion. But it works well. Because, there's nobody controlling the internet.
Internet hack care about our fact that there must be somebody to make decision in authority as we have been used to live with.
